Clone a real voice only with consent
Tennessee’s ELVIS Act covers simulated voices, and California voids vague digital-replica clauses. Clone an actor’s voice only with their written consent; Creative Claw asks for it before cloning.
Dubbing · ChatGPT · October 2026
Same cast, same voices, a new language.
In ChatGPT, add Creative Claw, translate the script and voice it with the same saved Character voices; then Sync 3 lip-syncs each dialogue shot to the new line. Because the voices live on the Characters, Lena still sounds like Lena in Spanish. Our Spanish dub of a 48-second episode took one 9-credit voice request and 821 credits of lip sync.

Four saved voices, English
[gasps, mock surprise] Oops. [sweetly cruel] Watch where you’re going, waitress. [amused] Lena? [laughs softly] You’re serving drinks now? [smug] I always knew you’d end up here. [quietly, steady] Enjoy the party, Damien. [short pause] It’s the last one you’ll have in this hotel. [formal, grave] Miss Hart. [pause] Your father’s will was read tonight. [slowly] The hotel… all of it… is yours. [stunned, barely a whisper] That’s… impossible.
Four saved voices, Spanish
[gasps, mock surprise] Uy. [sweetly cruel] Mira por dónde vas, camarera. [amused] ¿Lena? [laughs softly] ¿Ahora sirves copas? [smug] Siempre supe que acabarías aquí. [quietly, steady] Disfruta la fiesta, Damien. [short pause] Es la última que tendrás en este hotel. [formal, grave] Señorita Hart. [pause] Esta noche se leyó el testamento de su padre. [slowly] El hotel… todo… es suyo. [stunned, barely a whisper] Eso es… imposible.
Finished example
We dubbed Episode 1 of The Waitress Is the Heiress into Spanish. The four Characters’ saved voices spoke the translated scene in one ElevenLabs v4 request, Sync 3 re-timed every mouth to the new lines, and HyperFrames re-cut the episode with Spanish captions.
Voiceover script
“Vivian: Uy. Mira por dónde vas, camarera. Damien: ¿Lena? ¿Ahora sirves copas? Siempre supe que acabarías aquí. Lena: Disfruta la fiesta, Damien. Es la última que tendrás en este hotel. Hale: Señorita Hart. Esta noche se leyó el testamento de su padre. El hotel… todo… es suyo. Damien: Eso es… imposible.”
| Step | Tool | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| The whole scene in Spanish, same four voices | ElevenLabs v4 dialogue | 9 |
| Lip-sync the five dialogue shots to Spanish | Sync 3 | 821 |
| Spanish captions and end card | HyperFrames (render_html_video) | 8 |
| Total for the finished example | 838 ($8.38) | |
The series is fictional. Hale’s Spanish line ran about a second longer than his shot, so we sped it up by 12%. Our first Spanish cut followed the speech model’s word timings, which ran about half a second early; three shots were re-synced after cutting at the silences (470 more credits).

The workflow
Install Creative Claw from ChatGPT’s plugin directory and sign in. New accounts get 100 free credits, no card.
Ask ChatGPT to translate each line to roughly the same length, and have a native speaker check it.
Send the translated turns with each Character; ElevenLabs v4 keeps their voices in the new language.
Sync 3 takes the original shot and the new line and re-times the mouth.
Burn captions in the new language and cut the episode with the same score and sound.

Practical answers
Yes, with Creative Claw. Translate the script, voice it with the same saved Character voices, and Sync 3 lip-syncs each shot to the new line. Our Spanish dub of a 48-second episode used one 9-credit voice request plus lip sync.
Yes. The voices are saved on the Characters, so Lena, Damien, Vivian and Hale sound like themselves in Spanish.
Sync 3 takes the original shot and the new line and re-times the mouth. Keep the speaker’s face clearly visible in the shot; profiles and hidden mouths sync worst.
Spanish ran about 15% longer than English overall, and Hale’s line nearly 30% longer. We sped that one line up by 12% so it fit its 9-second shot; or write the translation to length, or generate a longer shot.
At the silences between speakers, then check every line with a transcript before lip-syncing. The Spanish word timings from the speech model ran about half a second early in our test, so our first cut clipped Lena’s “hotel” and gave Damien the end of Hale’s line; we re-cut at the silences and re-synced three shots (470 credits).
ElevenLabs v4 speaks 90+ languages. Have a native speaker check the translation and listen to one line before voicing the whole episode.
Both. Drama apps grew on localized subtitles, and dubbing keeps viewers who scroll without reading. Burn captions in the dub’s language too.
Google documents English for Gemini Omni Flash dialogue and lists other languages as not evaluated, so we shot in English and dubbed with Sync 3, which keeps the saved voices.
Our Spanish dub came to about 838 credits: 9 for the voices and the rest for lip-syncing five dialogue shots with Sync 3. Human dubbing is quoted per finished minute.
Yes. TikTok requires creators to label “all AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio, and video,” and says the label does not affect distribution. Unlabelled realistic AI content may be removed, restricted or labelled for you.
On TikTok, AI-generated likenesses of anyone under 18, likenesses of private adults used without permission, and public figures in endorsements. Child-heir and “lucky baby” plots are popular; cast an adult or keep a child off screen.
Yes, with disclosure for realistic scenes, but YouTube will not monetise “templated storylines” or videos where characters are put “in the same situation over and over again with the same outcome.” Vary each episode’s plot.
Producers on the Verticals Agreement may not use a fully synthetic performer in place of a performer who would have been hired for a human role without bargaining with SAG-AFTRA, must delete digital replicas within 90 days of the final edit, and may not train models on the footage.
Only with their written consent. Tennessee’s ELVIS Act covers simulated voices; California voids digital-replica clauses that do not describe the use; New York requires ads to disclose synthetic performers since June 9, 2026.
Yes. Since September 1, 2026, the NRTA’s micro-drama measures require every episode of an AI-generated micro-drama to carry a visible AI label.

No. It makes the files: stills, shots, scenes, episodes, dubs, posters and ad cuts. You upload them to TikTok, YouTube, the TikTok Drama Center or your app.
Yes, and you should. Paste the episode script in ChatGPT; each line is voiced by the Character who says it, and the shots follow your scenes.
