Label realistic AI video
TikTok requires a label on “all AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio, and video,” and YouTube asks you to disclose realistic synthetic scenes. Turn the platform’s AI label on.

From script to cliffhanger in one chat.
Yes. With the Creative Claw plugin, ChatGPT turns an episode script into a finished 9:16 episode: it saves the cast as Characters with voices, makes a still per beat, shoots them with Gemini Omni Flash, voices the scene with the saved voices, lip-syncs the dialogue with Sync 3, adds a Lyria 3.5 score and cuts it with captions in HyperFrames. Our 48-second Episode 1 came to about 2,157 credits.

We invented a vertical drama, The Waitress Is the Heiress, and saved its four cast members as Creative Claw Characters: a portrait, a description and a designed voice each. Every still, shot and line after that named a Character instead of describing a face again. Nano Banana 2 made the stills, Gemini Omni Flash shot them, ElevenLabs v4 voiced the whole scene in one request with the four saved voices, Sync 3 matched every mouth to its line, and HyperFrames cut the episode.
Voiceover script
“Vivian: Oops. Watch where you’re going, waitress. Damien: Lena? You’re serving drinks now? I always knew you’d end up here. Lena: Enjoy the party, Damien. It’s the last one you’ll have in this hotel. Hale: Miss Hart. Your father’s will was read tonight. The hotel… all of it… is yours. Damien: That’s… impossible.”

The series, cast and voices are fictional and were made for this page. Three of our seven stills first came out with a drifted face and were regenerated (72 more credits); the fix is on the consistent characters page. Google also refused the wine-spill shot twice, at no charge, until we edited the mid-air splash out of its still (24 credits).

The workflow
Install Creative Claw from ChatGPT’s plugin directory and sign in. New accounts get 100 free credits, no card. Paste the script with one line per beat.
Portrait, description and designed voice for each character.
Each still is made from the Characters in it; check faces before shooting.
Shoot each still with Gemini Omni Flash, voice the scene with the saved voices and lip-sync the dialogue shots.
Add a score and sound effects, burn captions and end on an Episode 2 card. Cut a 15-second ad from the same shots.

TikTok requires a label on “all AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio, and video,” and YouTube asks you to disclose realistic synthetic scenes. Turn the platform’s AI label on.
TikTok bans AI likenesses of anyone under 18 and of private adults without permission, even when labelled. Build Characters from invented faces, and design voices from a description, never to imitate someone.
The US Copyright Office says purely AI-generated material is not protected, while your script, selection and editing are. Write the story and make the cut; that is what you own.
Tennessee’s ELVIS Act covers simulated voices, and California voids vague digital-replica clauses. Clone an actor’s voice only with their written consent; Creative Claw asks for it before cloning.

Practical answers
Yes, with Creative Claw. ChatGPT plans the beats, Creative Claw makes the cast, stills, shots, voices and music, and HyperFrames cuts the episode with captions and an end card.
Save the cast as Characters with voices, make one still per beat, approve the stills, shoot each still with Gemini Omni Flash, voice the scene, lip-sync the dialogue shots, add score and sound, then cut.
One to three minutes for app series; under a minute for a free TikTok taste. Ours is 48 seconds: five beats and a cliffhanger.
End on a reveal, not a resolution: ours ends on the villain’s “That’s… impossible” and an Episode 2 card. One twist per episode keeps a series going.
Yes. Our 15-second ad cut reuses the episode shots: a text hook, the insult, the reveal and the “Episode 1 free” poster. Marketing is the biggest cost for drama apps, so cut several.
Yes. Nano Banana 2 lettered our title and tagline correctly on a poster made from the saved Characters, for 24 credits.
You choose. In Creative Claw’s Review mode each video waits for your click with a price; in Auto mode it runs straight away.
About 2,157 credits for our 48-second episode; the shots and lip sync are most of it. One AI action series was made for under $60,000 in three to four weeks, against $100,000 to $300,000 for a live-action series (Reuters).
Nano Banana 2 for portraits, stills and posters; Gemini Omni Flash for 1080p shots; ElevenLabs v4 for voices; Sync 3 for lip sync; Lyria 3.5 for the score; HyperFrames for the cut.
Yes. TikTok requires creators to label “all AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio, and video,” and says the label does not affect distribution. Unlabelled realistic AI content may be removed, restricted or labelled for you.
On TikTok, AI-generated likenesses of anyone under 18, likenesses of private adults used without permission, and public figures in endorsements. Child-heir and “lucky baby” plots are popular; cast an adult or keep a child off screen.
Yes, with disclosure for realistic scenes, but YouTube will not monetise “templated storylines” or videos where characters are put “in the same situation over and over again with the same outcome.” Vary each episode’s plot.
Producers on the Verticals Agreement may not use a fully synthetic performer in place of a performer who would have been hired for a human role without bargaining with SAG-AFTRA, must delete digital replicas within 90 days of the final edit, and may not train models on the footage.
Only with their written consent. Tennessee’s ELVIS Act covers simulated voices; California voids digital-replica clauses that do not describe the use; New York requires ads to disclose synthetic performers since June 9, 2026.
Yes. Since September 1, 2026, the NRTA’s micro-drama measures require every episode of an AI-generated micro-drama to carry a visible AI label.
In the US, purely AI-generated material is not protected by copyright; your script and your creative selection, arrangement and editing are. Write the story, choose the takes and cut the episode yourself.

No. It makes the files: stills, shots, scenes, episodes, dubs, posters and ad cuts. You upload them to TikTok, YouTube, the TikTok Drama Center or your app.
Yes, and you should. Paste the episode script in ChatGPT; each line is voiced by the Character who says it, and the shots follow your scenes.
