How to Use Kling 4 in ChatGPT

By Updated October 24, 2026 video

You can use Kling 4 in ChatGPT through Creative Claw. Connect the plugin, ask for Kling 4.0 Omni, and describe your scene. Creative Claw runs the video model and returns the result in the conversation. You do not need a separate Kling account or your own API key.

Kling 4 is useful for directed movement, character performance, product references and scenes with native sound. In this integration, a generation lasts 3 to 30 seconds at 720p or 1080p. See the Kling 4 overview and official demo for the complete feature and limit table.

Connect Kling 4 to ChatGPT

  1. Open Creative Claw in ChatGPT, choose Install plugin, and complete sign-in. Follow the connection guide if you need setup help.
  2. Start a conversation with Creative Claw available. Say “Use Kling 4.0 Omni”, so ChatGPT selects this model rather than the general video default.
  3. Give the duration, resolution, aspect ratio, action and sound. Attach a product photo or character image if needed, and explain what it should control.
  4. Ask for the estimate before generating. Kling 4 unlocks after a first Creative Claw credit purchase. Approve one take, then review it before requesting variations.

Your ChatGPT plan and Creative Claw credits are separate. The credit price below covers the media generation through Creative Claw.

A product-ad prompt you can use

Use Kling 4.0 Omni for a 5-second video at 720p, 9:16.
Use my attached perfume photo as a product reference, not the first frame.
Keep the bottle shape, cap and label consistent.
A bottle stands on wet black stone. Start in a close-up as a drop rolls
across the glass. Slowly orbit toward the front label, ending on a
steady hero composition. Warm side light, dark background, subtle mist.
Sound: a soft water drop and quiet room ambience, no speech or music.
Show the credit estimate and wait for approval before generating.

With only an image input, this five-second take costs 157 credits at 720p. Treat label accuracy as something to check in the result. For exact campaign typography, add final titles or graphics in an editing step.

The useful prompt structure is subject, action, setting, camera, lighting, pacing and sound. Choose one main camera move and give the action enough time. For a longer ad, describe the hook, reveal and ending in chronological beats, rather than asking everything to happen at once.

First frame, image reference or video reference?

These inputs serve different purposes. Tell ChatGPT which one you mean.

InputWhat to ask for
Literal first frame“Animate from this exact image. Keep its composition at the start.”
Image reference“Use this for the product’s appearance, but compose a new opening shot.”
First and last frames“Start on the closed package image and end on the open package image.”
Video reference“Borrow only the camera movement from this clip; use my photo for the product.”
Source edit“Edit this clip to change the jacket to navy. Keep the person, setting and camera.”

Kling 4 accepts up to 15 combined assets, subject to overlapping limits: ten image materials, five videos with 30 seconds of combined input footage, and seven subject elements, including at most three video-based subjects. These are caps, not required quantities. One clear reference can be enough.

If your reference video is longer, specify the interval that matters: “Use seconds 12 through 18 for camera motion.” Creative Claw can trim the input before submission. For a result longer than 30 seconds, ask ChatGPT to plan several shots and assemble them.

These are Creative Claw prices for text or image inputs, including native audio. Credits round up once per job.

Clip length720p1080p
3 seconds95 credits141 credits
5 seconds157 credits235 credits
10 seconds314 credits470 credits
30 seconds942 credits1410 credits

Creative Claw prices checked October 23, 2026. Text and image inputs, with native audio included. Credit purchase prices vary by plan, purchase and discounts. Video inputs and edits use different billing; ask for an estimate with your actual references. Kling 4 requires a first credit purchase.

Video references and source edits use different billing. The reserve uses output seconds plus the greater of output length and total input-video length, at 18.8 credits per billed second for 720p or 28.2 for 1080p. A five-second output with five seconds of input reserves 188 credits at 720p. Longer references can increase the estimate. Final credits reconcile to settled usage within the approved reserve.

For a ten-second clip without video inputs, compare Kling 4 at 314 credits / 720p or 470 / 1080p, Seedance 2.5 at 534 / 720p or 1,314 / 1080p, Wan 3.0 at 130 / 720p or 260 / 1080p, and H3 Max at 160 / 768p or 320 / 1080p. These prices do not establish which model will produce the best take for your brief. Full pricing and calculator.

Dialogue, sound and limits to know

Quote dialogue, name the speaker and language, and describe the delivery. For example: “The runner looks into the lens and says in English, out of breath but smiling: ‘That was worth it.’ Footsteps fade into quiet city ambience.”

The official capability guide lists Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Hindi for native dialogue. Hebrew is unverified. If you need exact supplied speech or an unverified language, ask for a separate voiceover and lip-sync workflow.

Creative Claw’s route always generates native audio and does not accept a separate audio-file reference. It exposes no seed, negative-prompt field, 4K or HDR output. Frame timing can be described in the prompt, but there is no numeric timestamp field for individual Kling keyframes. An edit can alter the source’s timing or soundtrack, so inspect both picture and sound.

Kling 4 is now the recommendation for general Kling requests. Kling 3.0 Motion Control Pro remains a separate choice when the goal is to transfer a recorded performance.

Keep the next iteration specific

Review identity, product shape, camera movement, text and the ending. Change one or two things in the next request: “Keep the composition, slow the orbit, and remove music.” Each new take is a new paid generation. The Claude guide covers a longer story-driven workflow using the same model and account.

Yes, through Creative Claw. Install the Creative Claw plugin, sign in, and ask for Kling 4.0 Omni. Creative Claw runs the model and returns the finished video in the conversation.

How much is Kling 4 in ChatGPT?

Can I animate an image with Kling 4?

Yes. Tell ChatGPT whether the image must be the literal first frame or should only guide appearance. An optional ending image controls the destination frame.

Can I turn off Kling 4 audio?

Swap a person in an existing video with Kling 4

Ask for “Swap the person in this video using Kling 4.0”, attach your source clip and reference photo or saved Character, and name who should change and who should stay. Creative Claw uses the Swap workflow with three free scene previews before rendering. In Studio, choose Kling 4.0 under Swap version.

Kling Swap supports 4 to 30 whole seconds, 720p (default) or 1080p, and up to seven combined photo or Character references. Longer clips are cut from the start; fractional lengths are shortened without changing speed. It has no 480p draft or later native draft completion. The original soundtrack is restored by default, and silent sources stay silent.

For matching input and output lengths, a 10-second swap is estimated at 376 credits at 720p or 564 at 1080p. A 30-second swap is 1,128 or 1,692 credits, respectively. Ask for the estimate using the actual clip and resolution. Review the previews, approve the price in Review mode, and inspect the final motion, identity and camera before requesting another take.
