Standard H3 costs 32 credits per second at 768p or 52 at native 2K, making the 768p pass about 38% cheaper. The upscale rates come from the current ByteDance video upscaler specification. CreativeClaw places a temporary hold for video upscaling and reconciles the final charge to actual provider usage when the job finishes.
The price difference is clear; the quality difference needs judgment. Native 1080p asks the generator to create more source detail. Upscaling enlarges and reconstructs the detail in an existing lower-resolution take. It cannot reliably recover tiny type, exact facial features, fine product labels, or textures that were never present.
When to upscale and when to rerender
