Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how CreativeClaw ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use our website at creativeclaw.co and our AI-powered creative media generation services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address and name when you sign up or authenticate via Google (Gmail) OAuth. We only request your basic profile information (name and email) — we do not access your Gmail inbox, contacts, or any other Google data.
- Generated content: Text prompts you submit and media files (images, video, audio, 3D models) generated through our Services.
- Brand assets: Logos, colors, fonts, and style guidelines you upload to your brand library.
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us at [email protected].
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation requests, and interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Analytics: We use PostHog for product analytics, which collects anonymized usage events (e.g., page views, button clicks, feature usage). We do not record user sessions or capture screen activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including processing your media generation requests through third-party AI models (via fal.ai).
- Store and serve your generated assets via our CDN.
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- Communicate with you about the Services, including technical updates and support.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the product experience.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. AI-Generated Content
When you use our Services, your text prompts are sent to third-party AI model providers (primarily via fal.ai) to generate media. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. Generated content is stored on our CDN and associated with your account. You retain ownership of your prompts and generated outputs, subject to the terms of our Terms of Service.
AI-generated content may not be unique — other users submitting similar prompts may receive similar outputs. We make no guarantees regarding the originality or intellectual property status of generated content.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Including fal.ai (AI model hosting), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), PostHog (analytics), and payment processors.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers in the United States via Cloudflare. Generated media assets are stored on Cloudflare R2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the US (including the European Economic Area, UK, or other regions), your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer. We rely on standard contractual safeguards and our service providers' data protection commitments to ensure your information is protected.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated assets for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use PostHog for analytics, which may set cookies to track sessions and usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
